Marisa has over 14 years of clinical experience working with children, youth and adults as a Social worker in multiple settings, providing both in person and internet-based therapy. Marisa received her Masters Degree from the University of Windsor and has numerous clinical training hours and certificates in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural Therapies, Emotion Focused Coaching and Mindfulness. Marisa has extensive experience running workshops, professional development trainings and group counselling.

Marisa takes a strengths based approach, and strongly believes that individuals are the experts in their own lives. By working alongside clients, Marisa supports individuals and families on their wellness journey.

Yiching (pronounced E Ching) is a Malaysian Chinese immigrant and first generation Canadian. She has 14 years of clinical experience working with children, youth, parents, and adults as a Social Worker and Therapist in multiple settings (children’s mental health, community health care, and education sectors). She received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto and has numerous clinical training hours and certificates in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural Therapies, Emotion Focused Coaching and Mindfulness. Yiching also offers Culturally Adapted Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CaCBT) for racialized individuals that helps support clients in learning and implementing CBT skills using a culturally relevant and faith-based approach. Yiching has worked extensively with children, youth, parents and adults who struggle with mood disorders, work/school/relationship challenges, life transitions, school/work avoidance or burnout, and parent/child/peer conflict.

Yiching provides service in English and has a comprehension in conversational Mandarin and basic Spanish. Yiching is also well versed in the Latinx culture through lived experience.
